Romina Boccia is a leading fiscal and economic expert who launched and directed a top-notch research center at one of the largest and most influential think tanks in the world. She guided the work of a team of highly capable, productive, and well-regarded issue experts, ranging from fiscal policy to infrastructure and labor in the Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget at the Heritage Foundation. In this capacity, Boccia oversaw the production of Heritage’s federal budget plan, Blueprint for Balance, which had a significant and measurable influence on congressional and executive budgeting.
Often introduced as “an economist who speaks English,” for making complex topics easily understood, Boccia is a sought-after speaker and panel moderator who has traveled the United States and internationally to speak at conferences and on University campuses.
