HOUSTON, TX– As national figures engage in a heated battle for the soul of America, more than 500 participants from across the country will travel to Houston, Texas, for Young America’s Foundation’s 43rd annual National Conservative Student Conference on August 2 to 7, 2021.
There, college students will seek the wisdom of leading conservatives, including 48th Vice President of the United States and YAF’s Ronald Reagan Presidential Scholar Mike Pence, Senator Ted Cruz, YAF President Governor Scott Walker, Daily Wire Founder Ben Shapiro, Congressmen Dan Crenshaw and Byron Donalds, Live Action Founder Lila Rose, and others.
This annual gathering for our nation’s future leaders reaffirms the increasingly at-risk core principles promoted and advanced by President Ronald Reagan and William F. Buckley.
YAF’s National Conservative Student Conference–the longest-running and most impactful program of its kind–will also feature Senior Counselor to President Trump Kellyanne Conway; Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton; Senior White House Adviser Stephen Miller; 28th National Security Advisor of the United States Robert C. O’Brien; Lieutenant Colonel Allen West, Chief of Staff to the 48th Vice President Marc Short, Congressmen Chip Roy and Louie Gohmert; Dr. James Lindsay, Kay Coles James; Dr. Ryan Anderson; Declan Ganley; Andy Puzder, Alex Epstein; Zuby; Dr. Burt Folsom; Shelley Luther, Michelle Easton, and Antonia Okafor.
In 1981, President Reagan began the tradition of hosting the National Conservative Student Conference at the White House each year of his Presidency. President Reagan also addressed the conference in 1993.
Past speakers have included Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher; President George W. Bush; Vice President Dick Cheney; Milton Friedman; Attorneys General Edwin Meese, Jeff Sessions, and John Ashcroft; Ambassador Jeane Kirkpatrick; Senators Marco Rubio, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, Tom Cotton, Marsha Blackburn and Jesse Helms; Congressmen Jim Jordan, Dana Rohrabacher, Sean Duffy, and Burgess Owens; George Will; Mark Levin; Peter Schweizer; Steve Hayes; Rich Lowry; Dr. Art Laffer; Dr. Ben Carson; and Elaine Chao, among others.
NCSC brings college students face-to-face with policy leaders, professors, experts, and bestselling authors, who cover a broad array of topics from national defense and traditional values to free enterprise and limited government.
This sold-out conference destroys the media’s narrative that socialism is dominating America’s youth. YAF is equipping the next generation of freedom-fighters to win not only the battle, but the war for America’s soul.
