An education system in Illinois hosted “equity and inclusion” training, alleging teachers were involved in “systemic racism” and “white privilege.”
As reported by Gabe Kaminsky, a National Journalism Center intern with The Federalist, faculty and staff working for the Naperville 203 Community Unit School District attended the Countywide Equity Institute keynoted by “antiracist” coach Dena Simmons. A source claims Simmons told teachers that “our education is based on a foundation of whiteness” and that Americans “are spiritually murdering” students.
The story garnered national attention, appearing in The Daily Wire and on “Fox News @ Night” with Shannon Bream.
Shortly after publication, Simmons chastised Kaminsky on Twitter, claiming the article was full of “fake news” and was negative towards black women. Simmons was contacted by Kaminsky after her twitter rant to correct any false facts, but Simmons ignored the email. She instead posted the email on Twitter so followers could attack Kaminsky. In the retaliation tweet, she also threateningly tagged his university.
These educators are alienating their colleagues and blindly following the advice of a radical ‘leadership coach’ who blasted Kaminsky for writing the truth and attempted to “cancel him.” These educators’ students will suffer as a result.
