With the power of teacher’s unions and the media love affair with Barack Obama, it’s no surprise that many high school students don’t have an understanding of or an appreciation for Ronald Reagan. That’s why Young America’s Foundation is hosting the 5th annual Reagan Ranch High School Conference from March 10 to 12. This year marks the 100th anniversary of Ronald Reagan’s birth, and we can think of no better way to celebrate than by spreading his ideas to young people.
High school students who attend this program will convene at the Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara, California from Thursday, March 10 to Saturday, March 12. They’ll get a tour of President Reagan’s beloved Rancho del Cielo, hear from prominent conservative speakers, and meet like-minded peers from across the country.
Confirmed speakers include Ann McElhinney, director and producer of Not Evil Just Wrong, Rabbi Daniel Lapin, author of Thou Shall Prosper: The Ten Commandments of Making Money, Lt. Col “Buzz” Patterson (USAF, Ret.), author of Conduct Unbecoming: How Barack Obama is Destroying the Military and Endangering Our Security, Dr. Burt Folsom, Professor of History at Hillsdale College and author of Myth of the Robber Barons, Foundation Vice President Kate Obenshain, and Nonie Darwish, founder of Arabs for Israel and author of Cruel and Usual Punishment: the Terrifying Global Implications of Islamic Law.
If you or someone you know is a high school student who appreciates conservative principles and wants to learn more about Ronald Reagan, then this is a conference not to be missed! Please visit the Reagan Ranch High School Conference event page and apply now!
