Event Overview

"YAF has truly changed my life and inspired me to be confident in my values, voice, and sharing the truth about American principles that make our nation great. The Road to Freedom Seminar helped affirm the value and impact the free-market economy has on cultivating a prosperous nation and a prosperous people. " - Charlotte McCormick, Elon University

Young America's Foundation's Road to Freedom Seminar is a unique program developed specifically for college students who want to learn how to make a compelling case for freedom over socialism.

Government bureaucrats nationwide are advocating for greater control of your education, healthcare, energy consumption, and paycheck. Many professors are using their classroom to teach students the virtues of destructive ideas like socialism and communism and discredited figures such as Karl Marx and Che Guevara. And the media today is obsessed with telling you that students want socialism in America.

This seminar will dispel the common exaggerations, fabrications, and lies that you often hear from leftist professors, classmates, and friends, and it will equip you with the tools and knowledge to push back.

By attending the Road to Freedom Seminar, you will train with some of the most accomplished business leaders, professors, authors, and policy experts to advance free enterprise and entrepreneurship.

  • Gain access to the top business leaders and economic experts
  • Meet lifelong friends who won't cancel you over differing opinions
  • Discover how your college distorts socialism's destructive legacy—and how you can stop them
