CANCELLED: June High School Conference at the Reagan Ranch

Add to Cal

Event Overview

Dear Students and Parents,

We at Young America’s Foundation— in accordance with Santa Barbara Health Officer Order No. 2020-8-1—are forced to cancel our upcoming June High School Conference at the Reagan Ranch.

At this critical time for our country, this was not the decision we wanted to make. Unfortunately, this new order is in effect until June 30, 2020.

YAF, of course, seeks to put the wellbeing of those who participate in our programs first. As conditions continue to improve, we are confident our conferences will resume after the lifting of government restrictions.

We deeply regret this inconvenience, but look forward to bringing you—and the hundreds of other young Americans eager to walk in President Reagan’s footsteps and be inspired by conservative leaders and ideas—to Santa Barbara soon.

In the meantime, we invite you to watch the best of YAF’s recent campus lectures and conference sessions on our YouTube Channel, YAFTV, found here. We will soon post a link for our free virtual conference in June where you can watch the best of YAF’s high school sessions.

YAF’s offices remain open and our team is happy to help assist you in canceling your travel arrangements if complications arise. For those who paid a registration fee, you may elect to receive a credit towards another 2020 conference, apply it as a tax-deductible contribution, or request a refund. To request a refund, you must email us at refunds@yaf.org and include the registrant’s name in the email; refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

We apologize for this disappointing situation but encourage you to stay in touch and engaged with Young America’s Foundation’s expansive programs.

In Freedom,

Jolie Ballantyne, Esq.
