Event Overview

June High School Conference at the Reagan Ranch

The Reagan Ranch • Santa Barbara, CA • June 21-24, 2023

“There's a flickering spark in us all which, if struck at just the right age,
I think, can light the rest of our lives”

– President Ronald Reagan

Who?              High School Students

When?            June 21-24, 2023

Where?          The Reagan Ranch in Santa Barbara, California

The cost?        Only $100!

This four-day program will give high school students an insight into the people, places, and ideas that shaped our 40th President, allowing them to better understand why and how Ronald Reagan changed the country and the world and how they can do the same. The very essence of President Reagan’s character is found at the Ranch—his humility, optimism, hard work, love for freedom, and belief in the American Dream. The Ranch embodies his vision of what America was, is, and could be–a “Shining City on a Hill.”

Today, young people are taught that America is the exact opposite–a place of racism, oppression, and limited opportunity–and that our most important systems and institutions–the Constitution, free enterprise, free speech, and religious liberty among them–are simply instruments of this oppression. This program will help students grapple with important questions about American identity and better equip them to understand and defend the principles of freedom.

At this transformational program, students will -

  • Learn from top leaders in the Conservative Movement about how to champion your principles at your school & beyond
  • Walk in President Reagan’s footsteps at his beloved Santa Barbara ranch that served as the “Western White House” during the Presidency
  • Make new friends your age who love America and care about the future of freedom
  • Receive free books, resources, and swag
  • Improve your critical thinking and debate skills
  • Discover how to become a young leader with well-founded principles

This educational program will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, and will conclude on Saturday, June 24, at 4:30 p.m.
