    • I mean, the ones about socialism/communism and nuclear missiles are dead giveaways, because the Nazis were bitter enemies of Communist Russia, and Hitler was dead before nuclear weapons were ever used in warfare. Honestly, though, I haven't seen a Che t-shirt in ages. Is it really that much of a problem anymore?

    • Earl Grey, you seem to forget that Hitler was a Christian. Does that mean that all Christians are genocidal maniacs? Of course not. No, Che was not a good guy. Neither was Hitler. But their versions of "socialism" were very different from each other, and also very different from the versions that exist today. Modern day European socialism is completely different than North Korean "socialism". You're using one blanket term to describe a literally infinite number of political systems that span the spectrum from far left to center right. Yes, you read that correctly, center right socialism. It is practiced here in the U.S.A., and arguably the UK as well (possibly Australia could also fit into that description). If the point of this quiz was to show that Che was a bad guy, "mission accomplished". We get it. I don't dispute that. But if the point was to show that socialism = fascism = genocide... you failed to make the connection. For one thing, not one of these comments was made by Hitler; you failed to show similarities between Nazis and leftist extremists. Hitler himself despised communists. And yet he was a "socialist"? Huh. Maybe there are different kinds of socialism, you say? Go figure. And yeah, like Doc Sarvis pointed out, even Reagan had his "socialist leanings". And that's not a bad thing. Reagan turned out to be a pretty good president. For a socialist, anyway.

    • read it in its context instead of just trowing spicy sentences on the crowd. Like i have read the books and origins of these quotes and if you see it in its zeitgeist and his ideology it makes complete sense. Why don't you guys do the same w racist quotes from Churchill or something?
