A second assault against the victims of 9/11 is now taking place with President Obama’s decision to prosecute enemy combatant within the United States. Some reports now indicate that President Obama has been made aware of this poor decision. However, if he continues down this misguided path, the prosecution of  Khalid Sheikh Mohammad (KSM) in New York may go down as one of the largest victories in Al Qaeda’s history.
