Postion: Program Officer - Reagan Ranch Center, Santa Barbara, California
Responsibilities include planning events, recruiting students, and executing the Foundation’s student and community outreach programs on the West Coast, in addition to coordinating programming information with the Foundation’s headquarters in Virginia. Keeping detailed student records and networking with other student organizations, movement groups, and public policy figures, primarily in California, are also essential to this position.
Position: Development Officer – The Reagan Ranch, Santa Barbara, California
Young America’s Foundation has an immediate opening for a development officer at the Reagan Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. This position requires a candidate with the ability to cultivate personal relationships who has excellent written and oral communications skills. Responsibilities include leading tours of Ronald Reagan’s Western White House, supporter relations, supporter events, and marketing of the Reagan Ranch. more>
Position: Program Officer - Graphic Design, Herndon, Virginia
Young America’s Foundation has an immediate opening for a program officer with an emphasis in graphic design. Seeking a versatile team member who understands both creative visual design and marketing strategy. Responsibilities include managing/ creating/refining design and concepts of promotional material, ensuring the visual appearance of organization in print, online, and public is of the highest quality, and developing marketing strategies. Talent powerhouse Talk Radio Network is accepting Washington DC area interns for some of its top rated national radio programs. Our roster includes The Laura Ingraham Show, Mancow, The Jerry Doyle Show, The Savage Nation, The Tammy Bruce Show, The Jackie Mason Show, and The Rusty Humphries Show! No media experience is required, but conservative and/or libertarian credentials are a must. Internships are unpaid, but college credit is offered. We will have multiple shifts for our interns broken down into day-parts from morning to night and can easily be accessible to students and young working people looking to build up their resume. Position: Part-time Interns at The Philanthropy Roundtable- Publications, K-12 Education, Database and Research, and Meeting Planning.
Internship hours and days are flexible. Part-time interns (approximately 20-25 hours per week) receive a stipend of $1000 per month. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Applicants should demonstrate strong research and writing talents, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to conduct various research, writing, administrative, and computer projects.
For Publications Program: Good writing/editing skills and general familiarity with public policy and political philosophy is useful.
For K-12 Education Program: General interest and familiarity with K-12 education reform is useful.
For Database and Research Program: General familiarity with databases, excellent computer skills, and attention to detail is useful.
For Meeting Planning: Interest in meeting planning, excellent computer and phone skills, and ability to multi-task.
