Here is a list of the current opportunities Young America’s
Foundation has to offer:


Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Free
(Herndon, Virginia)

The Director will coordinate Young America’s Foundation’s Center
for Entrepreneurship & Free Enterprise’s efforts to provide
quality free enterprise programs to college and high school
students.  These may include the Center’s programmatic efforts
to administer a nation-wide campus free enterprise lecture program;
conduct seminars; identify allies in the collegiate and business
communities; commission polls of attitudes and values; and all
appropriate evaluation of such activities. 


Director of Alumni Relations (Herndon, VA)

The director of alumni relations will manage and oversee the
Foundation’s extensive alumni network. The director is responsible
for the planning and implementation of programs that strategically
engage Foundation alumni and keep them up-to-date on the
Foundation’s programs nationwide.


(Santa Barbara, CA)

The program officer will work in close collaboration with team
members at the Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara, California, as
well as those at Young America’s Foundation’s National Headquarters
in Herndon, Virginia to plan and execute significant student
conferences and programs at the Reagan Ranch. In addition, the
program officer will stay in close communication with students
nationwide, with a particular emphasis on West Coast students,
regarding opportunities for involvement at Young America’s
Foundation and activism resources for use on their campuses.


Internships (Herndon, Virginia, Santa Barbara, California, & Washington,

Young America’s Foundation’s internship programs provide useful
and effective training for student leaders preparing for a career
in the Conservative Movement. Students selected to participate in
the highly competitive program receive unparalleled educational
opportunities and benefits. They help perform daily operational
duties in the Young America’s Foundation Headquarter offices
(Herndon, Virginia) and at the Reagan Ranch Center (Santa Barbara,
California) and will also have the opportunity to hear from
professors, Nobel Laureates, acclaimed authors, public policy
analysts, and other dynamic speakers who help deepen their
understanding of policy matters involving individual freedom, a
strong national defense, free enterprise, and traditional values.
At Young America’s Foundation’s National Journalism Center in
Washington, D.C, interns have the opportunity to attend weekly
seminars, participate in assigned reporting drills, and gain
on-the-job reporting experience through internships with
newspapers, magazines, broadcast outlets, and other media. NJC
interns have recently been placed with media outlets around the
Washington, D.C. area, including: The Washington Times, Fox News,
Forbes, USA Today, and many more.
