‘D’Souza Unchained’ Lecture Tour Set to Rock Campuses in 2016

#1 New York Times bestselling author Dinesh D’Souza will headline a YAF-sponsored tour of American campuses this school year

After being released from confinement and skyrocketing back to the top of the New York Times bestseller list, author and director Dinesh D’Souza will embark on a nationwide campus lecture tour sponsored and organized exclusively by Young America’s Foundation . D’Souza, who has been speaking to Young America’s Foundation for more than 20 years, will headline events organized by the Foundation at schools across the country, inevitably inciting uproar from politically correct campus leftists along the way.

The D’Souza Unchained Lecture Tour will be organized exclusively though Young America’s Foundation which will provide extensive logistical and financial support to participating schools.

In a statement to Young America’s Foundation, the generous supporters who made this tour possible remarked, “It is particularly urgent that students have their eyes opened to the truth of conservatism versus the widely taught and endlessly repeated lies of the Left. D’Souza will give students the facts they will need to stand their ground in their classrooms and on campus and to advance conservatism, for the benefit of us all.”

They concluded, “As one of the modern champions of the Conservative Movement, D’Souza will encourage his audience to fight for liberty, for life, for the truth and for the renewal of our country.”

Following the July releases of his recent projects—the #1 documentary of the year and the #1 New York Times bestseller in all of non-fiction—D’Souza will be taking his conservative message directly to college students, actively undermining the misinformation presented to them by their biased professors and administrators in order to tell the real story about American exceptionalism, the dangerous history of the American Left, the morality of free enterprise, and more.

“Free Speech is under attack on America’s campuses.  We must continue to bring the voice of conservatism to our schools and I look forward to the ongoing partnership with YAF through the speaker series,” D’Souza remarked.

Last year, the country watched as campus leftists thrust schools across the country into complete chaos over radical demands, encouraged and assisted by faculty members. As long as universities refuse to offer students a balanced roster of fair-minded educators, YAF will continue to help students bring in temporary professors such as Dinesh D’Souza who will do the job of providing fact-based educations for them.

The Foundation expects the tour to inspire outrage from liberals on campuses from coast-to-coast over the course of the 2016-2017 school year. Just last year, Gonzaga barred the public from attending D’Souza’s YAF-sponsored lecture on campus and was forced to reverse this decision after an outpouring of criticism from community members. Nevertheless, professors still countered the lecture with a poetry reading. This was one of the many events that generated national media attention for exposing the trend of universities undermining free speech.

Young America’s Foundation specializes in sending prominent conservative speakers to schools and has a long history of working with Dinesh D’Souza as well as many other leading conservative speakers. The Foundation was the sole national sponsor and organizer of the headline-making Fred Allen Lecture Series featuring Ben Shapiro last spring which will feature Lt. Col. Allen West this fall.
