FOR IMMEADIATE RELEASE
HERNDON, VA – Some of America’s top conservative leaders—Governor Scott Walker, Congressman Sean Duffy, Stephen K. Bannon, Peter Schweizer, Michael Reagan, Kate Obenshain, and Bruce Herschensohn—will inspire a maximum capacity audience of students at Young America’s Foundation’s annual West Coast Leadership Conference in Santa Barbara, California.
Governor Scott Walker will deliver the program’s keynote address during a special luncheon on the lawn of the Reagan Ranch—President Reagan’s home for nearly 25 years and the mountain-top retreat where he spent 349 days of his Presidency. Just like President Reagan wasn’t afraid to confront the unions in 1981, Governor Walker reformed the union-government collusion in Wisconsin and had tremendous results. More than 40,000 new jobs have been created in Wisconsin during the first six months of his administration.
In addition to hearing from leading conservatives, the conference participants will walk in the President’s footsteps at beloved Rancho del Cielo, where they will gain a greater appreciation for President Reagan and his lasting accomplishments.
Past program attendees describe their Reagan Ranch visit as “one of the most humbling experiences” of their lives.
The 2011 West Coast Leadership Conference brings young people face-to-face with national leaders working to grow our economy and advance freedom by advocating for the ideas and values President Reagan championed.
