  • How Will You Celebrate Reagan's 100th Birthday?

1/3/2011 2:02:15 PM Posted by Katie Taran

Happy New Year! A lot of things are underway for an exciting 2011.  Not only are we planning for our traditional events like CPAC and the Reagan Ranch High School Conference, sending speakers to campuses, and organizing other campus initiatives, but February presents the unique opportunity to celebrate what would have been Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday.

We can think of no better way to celebrate Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday than by spreading and celebrating his ideas.  We are delighted to introduce the student component to our Reagan 100 celebration, The Summit to Restore Freedom on Campus, which will take place February 3-5, 2011, at the Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara, California.  A select group of student activists are invited to take part in a three-day-long event that will celebrate Reagan's ideas and teach participants how to follow the "Reagan Model of Activism" in order to effectively advance conservatism.  This will include visiting Ronald Reagan's beloved Rancho del Cielo and participating in other select events held on the 100th anniversary weekend of Ronald Reagan's birth.

You will not want to miss this unique event.  Not only will it be a celebration of Ronald Reagan's life and accomplishments, but it will be a springboard for advancing his winning ideas on your campuses and in your communities.

For more information and to learn how to apply, please visit our event page or contact Ana Lightle at alightle@reaganranch.org.
