The Conservative Movement is making advances nationally, but now is not the time to stop aggressively advancing conservatism on campus.
This November 8-12, your group can participate in Freedom Week 2010 and warn students about the endless misery, rationing, and despair that results from socialist policies and question why many leftist students, professors, and the Obama administration still advocate a failed ideology.
Specifically on November 9, the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, rally your fellow students to tear down a mock Berlin Wall at the exact time the Wall first opened in Germany at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time. By tearing down the wall, you are not just honoring the anniversary, but reminding your campus community that progressive, socialist ideas have failed repeatedly, and that includes those proposed by President Obama. In addition to tearing down a mock Berlin Wall, you can:•Shock your campus with our newest initiative to recognize oppression of internet freedom in Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and elsewhere.•Have World Freedom Day and Freedom Week recognized on campus.•Educate your fellow students that President Reagan brought real “hope” and “change” when he defeated communism.•Teach freedom to students •Stand-up for the military and ROTC.
Young America's Foundation will provide you with free materials and logistical support to ensure your activities are a success.
