It was announced today that the Clinton Library would release documents relating to Elena Kagan’s time as White House Counsel (1995-1996) and Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy Council (DPC) (1997-1999). Yes, those are typical long, bloated bureaucratic titles that mean little to the average citizen.
One of the most offensive and egregious interesting documents was this – Jason and Robin’s Awesome Hurricane Adventure, a coloring book for kids about hurricane awareness.
Since it was released with Kagan’s documents, Kagan must have had something to do with it. Kagan is only 50 years old, so hip words like “awesome” and “adventure” are part of her vocabulary.
No word yet on if a movie version of “Jason and Robin’s Awesome Hurricane Adventure” is planned, or if a video game is in the works. Here’s hoping that Kagan can fit getting both done into her busy schedule.
Now, I realize you want to own this coloring book/VHS tape for yourself. Guess what? You can order it! That’s right – FEMA is still selling the 14 year-old package. (But you can only get one copy at a time.)
