  • KaganYesterday my boss handed me a damning Obama quotation in an article from the April 14, 2010 Investor's Business Daily.

The article cites Obama's statement on January 18, 2001, on Public Radio WBEZ-FM, Chicago, where Obama said that the Earl Warren Court "wasn't that radical" because "it didn't break free from the essential constraints placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution....The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and serve more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society."

And we're expected by the Left to trust that Kagan is some fair-minded moderate? Kagan can be stopped and Young America's Foundation will continue to expose her radicalism.

    Busted!
