  • Conservatives on the Rise: Joe Livaudais Joins YAF Intern Team

6/10/2014 3:27:50 PM Posted by Ashley Pratte

JLJoe Livaudais was introduced to Young America's Foundation (YAF) when his mom gave him a subscription to the Libertas magazine, the Foundation's official publication, as a Christmas gift. In 2013, he was invited by a high school friend to attend the National Conservative Student Conference in Washington, D.C. and has been involved with YAF ever since. He has also attended CPAC and visited the Reagan Ranch in Santa Barbara.

As a freshman at Ave Maria University in southern Florida, Joe became the chairman for his school's Young Americans for Freedom chapter. Throughout the past year, he has organized events including the 9/11: Never Forget project and has introduced members of his club to leading conservatives, including Senator Ted Cruz, Brad Stine, and Katie Pavlich, at various speaking events both on campus and around Florida.

As a high school student, Joe volunteered for conservative causes in his home state Virginia.

Joe is very excited to be interning with Young America's Foundation and to help promote the principles that made America so great.
