    The charges against 14-year-old Jared Marcum have been dropped. Logan Middle School band teacher, David Burroway, commanded Jared to turn his NRA t-shirt inside out because he believe the hunting rifle was offensive to the other students. Jared refused the teacher's outrageous demand, and ended up in the principal's office. His t-shirt did not violate the school policy. Mr. Burroway was in clear violation of Jared's First Amendment rights. Read More
