Judge William P. Clark, Co-Chairman
William P. Clark is chief executive officer of Clark Company and serves as senior counsel to the law firm, Clark, Cali and Negranti. He earlier served as U.S. secretary of interior, advisor to the President for national security affairs, deputy secretary of state, justice of the California Supreme Court, justice of the California Court of Appeal, judge of the Superior Court and chief of staff to Governor Reagan.
Following the completion of 18 years in full-time public service, Mr. Clark was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to serve as chairman of the Task Group on Nuclear Weapons Program Management, as presidential emissary to the chairmen of the Navajo and Hopi Indian tribes, as a member of the Commission on Defense Management (Packard Commission), as a member of the Defense Department's Commission on Integrated Long-Term Strategy and as trustee of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library.
Mr. Clark attended Stanford University, served in the United States Army Counter Intelligence Corps, and later attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He was admitted to the California and Federal Bars in 1958.
