Meredith Deferville, Manager of Events and Supporter Relations
Meredith serves Young America’s Foundation as a development officer. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work with the Foundation’s supporters on a daily basis in order to ensure that President Reagan’s conservative ideas and principles are passed down to America’s youth.
Meredith is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia (UVA) where she studied history and government. She became active in the Conservative Movement as a student at UVA. She presided over a conservative women’s book club and activism group—the Network of Enlightened Women—and wrote for The Virginia Advocate. Meredith was first acquainted with the Young America’s Foundation at CPAC and through her internship with Foundation Vice President Kate Obenshain.
During the summer of 2006, Meredith interned at the Reagan Ranch Center. She has also interned at the University of Virginia Center for Politics, the Virginia GOP, and for Congressman Bob Goodlatte.
