from you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information that is

Analytical Software
We use software to analyze traffic on our site. The software "collects
only anonymous data like IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, pages visited
and time spent" on our website.
What We Do With Personal Information Collected
Your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card number,
and other personal information are collected for conference registration
purposes, purchases of books or posters, and/or our e-mail subscriber list as
well as USPS mailing list, online forum participation and/or donations to
Young America's Foundation. This data lets us process and fulfill your book and
poster orders, registrations, subscriptions, donations and general requests.
Opt-In Email Lists
Young America's Foundation uses "Confirmed
Opt-In" email 99% of the time. This is the most rigorous method of
obtaining permission to send email campaigns. It requires you, the subscriber,
to affirmatively respond to an email confirmation request in order to be added
to our email list. If you do not respond, you will not receive further email
communications. A very small percentage of email addresses are added to our
list from students who have attended our conferences and seminars and have
requested to be placed on our email list. A "Safe/Unsubscribe" is
provided at the bottom of each and every email and guarantees the permanent
removal of your email address when you select the unsubscribe link or you may
unsubscribe here. Young America's Foundation does not spam or rent e-mail
lists. We will not sell any email addresses obtained from our website. Our
email newsletter is for students, parents, donors, concerned citizens, and
teachers alike.
Donations
Security remains the primary concern of online donors. All donation information
you give us is confidential and can not be seen by others. All information sent
is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to other parties.
