Joe R. Lee, former Chairman and CEO of Darden Restaurants, Inc, will speak at the University of Central Florida's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at 4:30 p.m in the Business Administration Building 1, room 238. The lecture will be on opportunity recognition, venture formation, strategy execution, regulation and taxes, and other topics relevant to entrepreneurship.
