Young America's Foundation
& the Foundation for Economic Education to Launch "Cliches of
HERNDON, VA- Young America's Foundation (YAF)
is proud to partner with the Foundation for Economic Education
(FEE) to produce "Clichés of Progressivism," a series of insightful
commentaries covering topics of free enterprise, income inequality,
and limited government.
Our society is inundated with half-truths and misconceptions
about the economy in general and free enterprise in particular. The
"Cliches of Progressivism" series is meant to equip students with
the arguments necessary to inform debate and correct the record
where bias and errors abound.
Leaders and experts who support free enterprise and who
understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and
entrepreneurship will author the pieces. A book will be
featuring the best editorials in the series and will be released in
2015. The opinion editorials/columns will be published
weekly, beginning April 15, on the websites of both YAF and FEE:
www.yaf.org and www.fee.org.
"We are excited about our partnership with FEE on this
project and hope to create momentum in the Conservative Movement to
engage young people. It is important to promote
entrepreneurial ideas through projects like this in order to reach
our nation's youth who don't hear these ideas in their
classrooms," said YAF President Ron Robinson.
"This project is of great importance as it is our mission to
seek to educate and inspire the next generation on the economic and
ethical principles of a free society," said FEE President
