Shhh... there's a hidden benefit in Obama's tax bill
Barack Obama has succeeded in raising your taxes again.
More of your hard-earned money will be confiscated by the
government.
But if you act quickly, you can take advantage of a hidden benefit in Obama's so-called "fiscal cliff" bill—the temporary reinstatement of the IRA charitable "rollover" law.
Now, you can make gifts to Young America's Foundation from your IRA, without paying taxes or a penalty on your withdrawal. Here's how:
-
Contact your IRA custodian
immediately.
- Tell your IRA custodian to
make a "rollover" gift to Young
America's Foundation, tax identification number 23-7042029, immediately. Your withdrawal will not be considered "income" on your 2013 income tax return.
- If you made a withdrawal
from your IRA in December 2012, you can also convert that
withdrawal to a "rollover" gift by making a cash gift to Young
America's Foundation by January 31, 2013. Your December 2012 withdrawal will not be considered "income"
on their 2012 income tax return.
You may even use your required minimum distribution (RMD) to make your
gift! You must be 70 1/2 years or older to qualify. Rollover gifts may
not exceed $100,000; they do not count as income and will not be taxed
as income. You may even use your required minimum distribution (RMD) to

Using the charitable rollover to support Young America's Foundation is a great way to assert control of your assets. You will help recruit thousands more young people to our cause and strengthen America's conservative leadership!
