• Loved your production. Wish I had written down all books not to read. I also would have loved to read a book by Marji Ross, who impressed me the most. High intellect, extremely knowledgeable, well read - very interesting. I was a producer, director & interviewer for PBS in Seattle. Also appreciate Charlie Rose, especially the series on the brain. I had brain damage being hit by a drunk driver. Heard said "she is mentally retarded, will never walk or talk." Was let out of the hospital early fighting their ignorance! Did a production in Berkeley, over 200 BIJ that were not treated correctly. JUDY

    • Hi Joy, I'd love to hear more about how the outreach team's work has been reeeivcd by the newsroom. How did staffers react to sending out Tweets after news meetings, for example? I head a digital team working hard on similar cultural change, and the transition has been challenging for many people. Love to hear how you dealt with people less willing to embrace change and whether they represented a majority.
