• Leftist Hatred Towards Conservatives is Not Limited to Canada

3/25/2010 9:49:55 AM Posted by Patrick Coyle

Ann Coulter has been a mainstay of Young America's Foundation's lecture program giving lectures on college campuses since 1998. This week Ann has been touring Canada courtesy of the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute and her events have been the target of a number of hateful protests from the Left. Through the years the Left has tried to intimidate Ann from speaking including throwing an orange at her during a speech at her alma mater Cornell and at the University of Arizona when another group of leftists attempted to hit her with a pie.

Pie Attack Buchanan Attack
Ann is not the only speaker who has faced violence while speaking on college campuses. Pat Buchanan was doused with salad dressing and leftists also attacked David Horowitz.

Burning BibleIn her latest column, Ann writes how leftists protested her speech at the University of Ottawa by burning books. This isn't the first time this has happened at campus lecture. Leftists at Syracuse University were compelled to burn a Bible following a speech by Pat Buchanan.

Its ironic that the Left always proposes speech codes on college campus to protect students from "hate speech" yet they are they greatest instigators of hate on any given campus!

• I want to apologize to Ms Coulter for the totalitarian behavior of the students at U of O. Not all of us Canadians are liberal flag burning gun hating hippies

• I was pretty upset with the way we plyead but some poor calls early in the game definetely helped kill any chance we had in competing. I wish I had DVR'd the game to see the late hit call on Coulter in the first possession for Texas. Also the PI call on Coffman was absurd and then they missed a convenient PI call for Coffman when Chase passed to him in the endzone.

• I have to amend my scheduling porlbem statement as I based it on playing an 11 game schedule, but duh we play 12. With a 12-team conference, scheduling is fine, each member could have 7 or 8 home games a year. I still stick with putting Penn State in the Neb division. And I still stick with calling it The Big Ten, regardless of the number of member teams

• I agree with everyone else. No way this wasn't paletnd by the coaching staff. The guys really need some motivation going into this huge game. It's always a rough game against Florida, they need to step it up and show they belong. cithvsjtqxg [link=]kdluav[/link]
