• R.I.P. General Norman Schwarzkopf

12/28/2012 2:29:43 PM Posted by Cheri Cerame

Our friend, General Norman Schwarzkopf, commander of Operation Desert Storm and a great patriot for our cause, spoke to students at Chapman University in February of 1992 about the lessons learned from the Persian Gulf War.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

We have lost a great defender of American values.

    • David Lazaro / What is Christianity? what makes someone a Christian? All we have right now is just more yeillng and yeillng instead of listening to someone. ATM I see this and I think ok so? APU is a private school in which their motto is "God First" and the biggest theme of the new testament is love. ATM there is just more and more yeillng. what is the point? we are going to extremes. what happen to love? The school listen to the students club and saw something that is not love. What are they suppose to do? They left the conservative club stay but not another with ideas which forgets love. I am not align with any political party but I would probably think of myself as a conservative person. It's times like these I feel we forgot who we are as a church. At the end of the day we need to "love our neighbor" Sometimes that means simply listening and come to discourse; not yeillng and leaning to who's more charming at the time.

    • I know it sounds sort of chilce but I would seriously have a hard time sleeping if we did come up short and I hadn't put forward the effort I knew I could. This is the 4th election in 7 years and I do not want to do this again in a year or 2 and have to put up with all of the opposition games and watered down CPC polices that come from having to appease an opposition in a minority situation in the meantime.

    • W hen QuotesChimp were children and something went wrong, our first reply was typically, "It's not my fault!" as litigants wrangle over whose underwriter is going to have to pay for the outcomes of it, and therefore who caused an injury That shout can still be heard today in tribunals around the state.
