Stephen Moore at the National Press Club
Stephen Moore is an editorial board member and senior economics writer for The Wall Street Journal. Stephen Moore joined The Wall Street Journal as a member of the editorial board and senior economics writer on May 31, 2005. He splits his time between Washington, D.C. and New York, focusing on economic issues, including budget, tax and monetary policy. Stephen has been a frequent contributor to the Journal over the years, and is previously known as the founder and former president of the Club for Growth, which raises money for political candidates who favor free-market economic policies. He left that position in 2004. Just prior to coming to the Journal, Stephen was president of a new organization, the Free Enterprise Fund.

Terry Eastland has been publisher of The Weekly Standard since 2001. During the 1990s he was a resident scholar at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, where he wrote Energy in the Executive: The Case for a Strong Presidency. During the Reagan presidency, he served as Director of Public Affairs for the Justice Department. Before that he worked for newspapers, including the San Diego Union and the Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va. His books include Counting by Race (1979), Ethics, Politics and the Independent Counsel (1989), Religious Liberty in the Supreme Court (1993), and Freedom of Expression in the Supreme Court (2000). He has written for a variety of publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Commentary, the American Spectator, the New Criterion, National Review, the New Republic, the Wilson Quarterly, and the Public Interest.

Reagan 100 Gallery Event
As Santa Barbara welcomes the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this week, the Reagan Ranch Center will be sharing the history of world leaders and dignitaries that have visited Santa Barbara in the past. President Reagan’s Ranch, Rancho del Cielo, served as the backdrop for many of these significant visits including that of Queen Elizabeth II, Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Prime Ministry Mulroney, and Mikhail Gorbachev. The Reagan Ranch Center Exhibit Galleries will be open to the public for special visitation hours on Saturday, July 9 from 10 am – 4 pm. This Reagan 100 Gallery event, The Reagan Ranch: A Tradition of Historic Visits, will explore these significant visits to the “Western White House” highlighting the visit of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip in March of 1983 through artifacts related to her visit.

David Freddoso at The National Journalism Center
David Freddoso came to the Washington Examiner in June 2009, after serving for nearly two years as a Capitol Hill-based staff reporter for National Review Online. Before writing his New York Times bestselling book, The Case Against Barack Obama, he spent three years assisting Robert Novak, the legendary Washington columnist. Freddoso arrived in Washington in late 2001 and began covering Capitol Hill for the conservative weekly newspaper Human Events. Freddoso's second book, Gangster Government: Barack Obama and the New Washington Thugocracy was recently released April 4, 2011.

Bay Buchanan At the National Journalism Center
Bay Buchanan is a conservative activist, author, and pundit. She served as US treasurer in the Reagan Administration and then as a senior adviser to Pat Buchanan, Tom Tancredo, and Mitt Romney. Currently Buchanan is a political analyst often seen on CBS's Morning Show, as well as on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News. She writes a regular column for Human Events Online; is the president of The American Cause, an educational foundation dedicated to advancing traditional conservative issues; and co-chairman of Team America, a PAC dedicated to opposing amnesty for illegal aliens. Her first book, The Extreme Makeover of Hillary Rodham Clinton was published in 2007.

Janice Shaw Crouse, Ph.D is a Senior Fellow at the Beverly LaHaye Institute, the think tank for Concerned Women for America, and is a recognized authority on national and international cultural, children’s and women’s concerns, including sex trafficking, the United Nations, and U.S. domestic issues. Her book, Children at Risk, was released by Transaction Publishers, the publisher of record for social science research.
