  • Conservatives on the Rise: Amy Joins the YAF Team!

7/11/2013 2:41:31 PM Posted by Hillary Cherry

AmyAmy de Venoge is a program officer-graphic design at Young America's Foundation's National Headquarters where she is responsible for branding and designing materials for Foundation conferences and events and aiding with marketing efforts.

Amy is a recent graduate of the University of California-Santa Barbara where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and communication.  She served as an executive member of her campus's conservative club. Thanks to support from Young America's Foundation, Amy worked with the club to organize the 9/11:Never Forget Project as well as speaking events featuring Karl Rove, Ben Shapiro, and Jonah Goldberg.

Because of UCSB's proximity to the Reagan Ranch Center, Amy became involved with the Foundation, attending several Wendy P. McCaw Roundtable events as well as the 2012 Activism Training Seminar and the 2012 Freedom Conferences in both Milwaukee and Orlando.

Amy also served as a Sarah T. Hermann Intern Scholar at the Reagan Ranch Center in 2012, where she aided with conference and event organization.  During her time at the Center she enjoyed visiting President Reagan's ranch and was inspired to continue her involvement with the Conservative Movement and Young America's Foundation.
